Description

Based at our clients operation in North London, the Interim Depot Operations Manager will lead and manage the day-to-day Warehouse and Inventory operations team and 3rd party relationship for Transport. Reporting in to the General Manager you will be responsible for leading an inclusive culture, built on trust and high performance whilst also meeting legal, KPI and budgetary targets. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing a genuine and authentic leadership for the operations team.
• Influencing, managing and maintaining internal and external relationships across a variety of stakeholders, including Union partnerships.
• Delivering continuous improvement to KPI performance, understanding the business and cost implications of decisions made.
• Responsible for the day-to-day people management of direct reports, as well as talent spotting, driving development and succession planning.
