Duties & Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day running of the retail branch to achieve sales and profitability targets Manage, coach and develop staff to create a high-performing team culture Ensure excellent customer service standards and resolve customer queries professionally Oversee stock control, security procedures and operational compliance within the store Support recruitment, training and staff development activities across the branch What Experience is Required Previous experience managing a retail store or branch environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams Experience managing budgets, KPIs and delivering excellent customer service Salary & Benefits Salary of £38,000 Excellent benefits package Ongoing training and career development opportunities Supportive and established retail environment Location The role is based in Banbury and is easily commutable from Bicester, Brackley, Chipping Norton, Daventry, Leamington Spa and Northampton.
