The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving operational performance, enhancing client service standards and supporting continued growth across the business.

The Opportunity As Head of Conveyancing, you will oversee a sizeable conveyancing department of 70 professionals, providing strategic leadership, operational oversight and day-to-day support to management teams and fee earners alike.

This role would suit an experienced conveyancing professional with a strong background in team leadership, operational management and performance improvement within a high-volume residential property environment.
