Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting experienced Early Years Teaching Assistants to join a range of welcoming Primary and Nursery Schools in Hodge Hill, with opportunities available for September 2026. The Role You will be supporting pupils across the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and helping create a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment. Some roles may involve supporting children with additional needs, including: Autism (ASC) Speech and Language difficulties SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs) Behavioural challenges Please note: due to the age of pupils, personal care may be required as part of the role. Role Details Location: Hodge Hill Position: Early Years Teaching Assistant (EYFS TA) Start Date: September 2026 Duration: Ongoing Contract Type: Temporary Hours: 8:30am - 3:30pm (Term Time Only) Working Pattern: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible Supply Experience, Training & Qualifications To be considered, you must: Hold a Level 3 qualification (or equivalent) Have previous experience working within a school or nursery setting, either in a permanent or supply capacity Be passionate about supporting children within Early Years education An up-to-date Safeguarding certificate is essential. If you have not completed training within the last 12 months, Prospero Teaching can provide this free of charge.
