Wedding & Events Coordinator (Full Time)

Events Co-ordinator Enniskillen, Co. Fermanagh Permanent, full time | 5 shifts out of 7 per week | Competitive salary An established hotel is recruiting an experienced Events Co-ordinator to help grow its wedding, conference and events business. Youll be a key contact for clients, managing enquiries and bookings and guiding them through the planning process. Working closely with hotel teams, youll ensure clear communication and a smooth handover from booking to event delivery. Your responsibilities will include: Handling enquiries, following up leads and converting opportunities into bookings. Building client relationships and advising on menus, drinks, accommodation and additional services. Preparing accurate function sheets and communicating event requirements to operational teams. Managing event records, payments, invoices and supplier communications. Attending wedding showcases and supporting marketing and business development activity. Identifying opportunities to increase sales and secure repeat business. Essential requirements: Previous conference and events sales experience. A hospitality background and a recognised hospitality management qualification. Maths and English at a minimum of grade B. Excellent organisation, planning and communication skills. A confident, professional approach and a strong commitment to customer care. Availability to work five shifts out of seven, including evenings and weekends as required.
