About the role
Arla Foods is seeking a Projects Health & Safety Lead for our Felinfach site in Wales. You will ensure capital projects are delivered safely and in compliance, acting as a key advisor to the project team and site operations.
The role requires NEBOSH certification, CDM knowledge, and strong ability to influence safety culture across contractors and internal teams. You will report to the Head of Capital Projects within the Projects team, collaborating with the site EHS team to embed best practices
