Senior Structural Engineering Leader – Nuclear & SMR

Rolls-Royce SMR Limited is looking for a Head of Structural Engineering who will lead multiple specialist teams while defining strategy and ensuring the safety and compliance of all structural solutions. This hybrid role primarily requires attendance at offices in Manchester, Warrington, or Derby.

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in delivering structural designs for nuclear or major infrastructure projects, possess a degree in a relevant field, and demonstrate proven senior leadership skills across technical teams.

The position offers a salary range of £85,600 to £110,700 per annum with additional benefits including a performance-related bonus, generous pension contributions, and private medical insurance.
