Based in central London, our client is looking fora Partnership Tax Manager, to join their growing Tax team. The RoleThis is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in the firm’s growing partnership tax offering. The successful candidate will lead on partnership tax compliance and advisory projects, providing expert guidance across the full spectrum of partnership tax issues, including structuring, profit allocations, partner succession, and mixed-member rules. Advisory work will span exit and succession planning, restructuring, and inheritance tax considerations relevant to partnerships and professional practices. You will also support Partners on complex technical matters and work closely with senior leadership to further develop the firm’s reputation in this specialist area.
