While both roles focus on end-user support, they differ in terms of technical requirements and experience. Key skills: Windows / Endpoint Support SCCM / modern endpoint management Citrix / VDI Imaging, builds & configuration Complex troubleshooting & escalations ITSM and TechBar support Automation / continuous improvement Desktop Support Engineer A more hands-on Desktop Support role, with strong potential to convert to permanent.
