Senior Quantity Surveyor – Hybrid Working | Infrastructure A leading infrastructure contractor is looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of major projects across the region. With an annual turnover of circa £75m, the business has a strong pipeline of secured work and offers long-term progression within a stable commercial team. This role would suit an experienced Senior QS with a strong infrastructure background and solid NEC contract experience. The Role * Commercial management of infrastructure projects from pre-construction through to final account * Administration of NEC contracts * Cost reporting, forecasting, and budget control * Managing subcontract procurement and accounts * Identifying and managing commercial risks and opportunities * Supporting project delivery teams and client relationships * Mentoring junior commercial staff where required Requirements * Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure or civil engineering * Strong NEC contract knowledge is essential * Excellent commercial and contractual awareness * Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder relationships * Degree qualified or equivalent preferred Package * Hybrid working – 2 days from home, 3 days office/site * Long-term secured work pipeline * Clear progression opportunities within a growing business Apply If you’re interested in this opportunity, please apply with a copy of your CV or get in touch with our Commercial Specialist, Jane Fairhurst
