You will be joining a collaborative and forward-thinking team committed to delivering high-quality legal services and client care.The RoleYou will manage your own caseload and provide expert advice across a broad range of employment law issues. Advising on equality and discrimination mattersRepresenting clients in employment tribunalsManaging redundancy and restructure processesDrafting and reviewing employment contracts and policiesAdvising on TUPE transfers and employment terminationsNegotiating settlements and leading client meetingsProviding strategic legal advice and support throughout casesCandidate RequirementsThis role is suited to a qualified Solicitor with proven experience in employment law. Experience handling employment tribunal cases and discrimination mattersKnowledge of redundancy, TUPE, and contract lawConfidence in managing client relationships and complex negotiationsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamCommercial awareness and a proactive approachCompetence in Microsoft Office and case management systemsLocation & Working ArrangementsBased in Cardiff, with hybrid working available (minimum two days per week in the office).
