Qualified Lecturer: £31,885 £40,814 per year, pro rata

???Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time 22.2 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What Youll Do


Teach and assess learners across a range of Automotive programmes, from entry level to Level 3

Deliver engaging, practical workshop and classroom-based sessions

Support learners in developing technical competence, confidence, and employability skills

Use industry-relevant equipment and real-world examples to bring learning to life

Maintain high standards of health & safety, safeguarding, and learner wellbeing

Track learner progress, assess practical and theoretical work, and provide constructive feedback


What Youll Bring


A relevant Automotive qualification (Level 3 or above)

Strong industry knowledge across vehicle maintenance and repair

Experience working in the automotive industry and/or supporting learners or apprentices

A commitment to inclusive teaching and learner success

A teaching qualification is welcomed but if you dont yet have one, well support you to gain it while you work
