We're recruiting for a talented Chef de Partie / Sous Chef to join a beautiful leisure and events venue in the heart of the Cotswolds. This opportunity would suit an experienced Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef ready to take the next step.

Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
Fresh food background

Own transport required due to location

Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen operations
Maintaining high food and service standards
Stock control and ordering
Food safety and allergen compliance
Assisting with team development and kitchen management
