Hours: Monday-Friday, approximately 8:15am-3:45pm

Tradewind Recruitment is seeking qualified primary teachers interested in Year 1 teaching positions across Bexley.

We are looking for teachers who can help children build confidence and develop their foundational skills as they progress from the Early Years Foundation Stage into Key Stage 1.

Key responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the Year 1 National Curriculum.
Teach systematic synthetic phonics and support early reading development.
Use practical and creative activities to build literacy and numeracy skills.
Differentiate learning for pupils with a range of abilities and additional needs.
Create a supportive and structured classroom environment.
Monitor attainment and work collaboratively with support staff.
