• s.Build comprehensive talent maps and organisational charts to support active and future searche
• s.Analyse market trends, competitor landscapes, and leadership movements to inform search strateg
• y.Partner closely with Consultants to refine role profiles, target lists, and outreach plan
• s.Engage with potential candidates to assess suitability, motivation, and career alignmen
• t.Maintain accurate, structured data within our CRM and research tool
