Their strategic aim is very much consulting-first, and to create a bespoke solution around each client need or project. This means they do not operate in strict silos and the Forensic team by way of example go out to market as a whole function. The firm has attracted over 20 new Partners into Consulting around the UK over the last couple of years, and as part of this Forensics now has a dynamic new leadership, with a real focus on and investment in digital, cyber and tech. Your new role Disputes is also digitally enabled – I can explain more to any relevant applications – but their approach is landing well with clients.
