Behaviour Teaching Assistant Location: Wokingham Start Date: ASAP Pay Scale: £90.00 - £105.00 per day Are you a patient, resilient, and enthusiastic Behaviour Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding new opportunity? A welcoming and inclusive Specialist School in Wokingham is seeking a dedicated Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for a Behaviour Teaching Assistant to provide focused 1:1 and small group support to pupils with a range of behavioural and SEN needs, including SEMH, ADHD, autism (ASD), and emotional and learning difficulties. This Behaviour Teaching Assistant role will involve: Providing consistent 1:1 and small group support to pupils with behavioural needs Helping pupils manage emotions and develop positive coping strategies Supporting positive behaviour and encouraging engagement in learning Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils Creating a calm, structured, and inclusive learning environment Working closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and other support professionals ASAP start Well-connected Wokingham location with good public transport linksIf you have previous experience working with children, particularly within education, youth work, care, or a similar setting, we would love to hear from you.
