Purchase Ledger Clerk We are working with a leading employer to recruit for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their finance team. This is a permanent job based in Lisburn. The Purchase Ledger Clerk will be responsible for: Managing supplier accounts, including processing and matching purchase invoices Preparing and arranging supplier payments Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies Dealing with supplier queries in a professional and timely manner Ensuring purchase ledger records are accurate and up to date Providing administrative support to the wider finance team What you will need to have for the Purchase Ledger Clerk role: Previous experience within a Purchase Ledger or accounts administrator role Experience processing invoices and dealing with supplier accounts Excellent IT skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
