Away Resorts is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager at Piperdam Leisure Resort to lead our bars, restaurants, café and events. You’ll drive service excellence, profitability and guest satisfaction with hands-on leadership and a proactive approach to profitability and KPI targets.

You’ll build and empower teams to deliver memorable experiences across all interactions. The role emphasizes budget planning, stock control, health & safety and collaboration with the events team to cost menus and
