This part-time role as a Temporary Administrator in Oldham will see you providing essential support to ensure the smooth running of daily operations. You'll play a key role in the not-for-profit sector, assisting with administrative tasks that keep everything organised and on track.

A not-for-profit organisation based in Oldham.

Description

Send welcome and onboarding emails to new starters using approved templates.
Provide first-line support for Learning & Development queries via email and telephone.
Monitor and manage the L&D inbox, ensuring enquiries are responded to promptly or escalated where necessary.
Maintain and update training records, databases, and tracking systems.
Distribute delegate lists and attendance information to trainers ahead of training sessions.
Update trainer schedules and communicate any changes to course bookings or delegates.
Support the coordination and administration of training courses, workshops, and development programmes.
Process training bookings, cancellations, and amendments.
Generate reports on training attendance and completion rates.
Ensure all learning records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with company procedures.
Provide general administrative support to the Learning & Development team and wider HR function as required.Profile

A successful Temporary Part-Time Administrator should have:

Proficiency in standard office software, such as Microsoft Office.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Immediate Start Opportunity.
Hourly pay between £17.00 and £18.00, dependent on the level of experience.
Part-time hours offering flexibility. 14 Hours across 3 days. Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Agile working hours.
