You’ll also drive continuous improvement across processes and systems, while supporting change initiatives in a dynamic and evolving environment. Success in this role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to build effective relationships across a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. This is an opportunity to play a key role at the heart of the investment process, ensuring the smooth and accurate execution of trades across multiple asset classes.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end trade processing and settlement across multiple asset classesMonitor trade lifecycle events and resolve exceptions with custodians and counterpartiesManage daily reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of breaksMaintain strong operational controls aligned with risk and regulatory requirementsPartner with front-office, risk, and compliance teams as a key operational contactSupport onboarding of new funds, strategies, and instrumentsDrive process improvements, automation, and system enhancementsDeliver change initiatives with external advisers and third-party providersSupport system testing (UAT) and maintain process documentationOwn regulatory reporting (e.g. MiFID II, EMIR, SFTR, Dodd-Frank), ensuring accuracy and timelinessReconcile regulatory submissions and resolve data discrepanciesSupport regulatory change, governance, audits, and compliance activitiesAbout YouEssentialSolid experience in investment operations, trade support, or middle-office environmentsStrong knowledge of trade lifecycle processes and financial instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, collateral, margining etc.).Demonstratable Knowledge of regulatory reporting (e.g. EMIR, MiFID II, SFTR)Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reconciliation skills.Experience managing ambiguity and managing complexityProficiency with OMS/PMS platforms (e.g., ThinkFolio) and custodian systems.Ability to manage deadlines, prioritise workload, and operate in a fast-paced environment.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively, especially with custodians and front office.High attention to detail and accuracyProactive, accountable, and solutions-focusedConfident taking ownership and driving improvementsCollaborative team player with a continuous improvement mindsetDesirableExperience overseeing third-party providers and monitoring SLAs/KPIsStrong Excel skills; exposure to VBA, SQL, or Python is advantageousExperience supporting process improvement, automation, or transformation initiatives#LI-KH1Inclusion & DiversityWe value diversity and strive to promote inclusivity in all aspects of our culture.
