About the role

Guy’s and St Thomas’ Foundation is seeking a Head of Community & Events to lead a multi‑million pound portfolio across hospital brands. You will build a high‑performing team, develop engaging community and events products, and work with senior stakeholders to grow income and impact.

Based in London with hybrid working, you will deliver an ambitious fundraising strategy, optimise campaigns, and embed a culture of innovation and stewardship to engage new and existing supporters.
