MEP Building Services QC LeaderConstruction > Mechanical & ElectricalSalary - per annum + Plus PackageTypePermanentLocation(s)City of London, LondonThis MEP QC Leader will work on multiple commercial office, residential and mixed use construction projects up to 500million, mainly working on London centric contracts from zones 1 to 6 on the London Underground Map.The role will focus on early identification of design, workmanship, materials and interface risks during the construction phase of multiple schemes, reporting into the Head of Building Services.Other duties and responsibilities include:Drive prevention of repeat post-PC defects by providing targeted, solutions-focused Quality Control across high-risk building services activitiesEnsuring timely close-out before close-up, and feeding structured lessons learned back into the high-risk quality targetsProject accountability through clear, evidence-based QC outputs and through working with projects, rather than policing themSupport the business in minimising legacy period costs by identifying and addressing quality risks before project completionOn each live project, verify whether ITPs and inspection records for Building Services are in place and being followed for critical activitiesContribute to asset performance by supporting investigations and resolutions relating to quality issues arising during the legacy periodDepending on experiences, my client would look to pay up to 140k plus package and bonuses.If you're in a QC role, or TSM, BSM or Commissioning Position that is looking for a slight change of career into QA to lead multiple schemes, then this could be the one for you.Finally, if you're working for a leading MEP sub-contractor, or consultancy in a technical MEP role, then please don't hesitate to apply to
