This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a busy purchasing function and make an immediate impact. We’re looking for someone who is organised, commercially minded and confident working with data, with the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. The role You’ll provide essential administrative support to the purchasing and supply chain function, helping to ensure systems, data and day-to-day processes are accurate, efficient and well organised. Key responsibilities will include: Providing day-to-day administrative support across the purchasing and supply chain function. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date systems, records and documentation. Supporting data compilation, analysis and reporting. Carrying out data entry, validation and cleansing activities. Ensuring data integrity and accuracy across systems. Supporting wider operational activities and helping the team stay on track. Working collaboratively with colleagues and responding effectively to changing priorities. Learning new systems and processes quickly. About you You’ll be a strong fit if you are: Experienced in an administrative role, ideally with 2+ years’ experience. Confident working with data, numbers and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Comfortable working at pace and managing competing priorities. A clear and professional communicator. Proactive, adaptable and willing to get stuck in. Curious and keen to learn new systems and processes. Interested in developing your experience within purchasing, procurement or supply chain. Previous experience within purchasing, procurement, logistics or supply chain would be advantageous.
