Junior Events Manager (Permanent)

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Event Manager to join a global finance group. Salary: £48,000, complimentary lunches, ongoing training and development opportunities, excellent career progression within a prestigious and dynamic environment Oversee events for both internal and external clients, including conferences, roadshows, town halls, and corporate entertainment such as dinners, drinks receptions, yoga sessions, and barbecues. Manage events with capacities of up to 300 attendees . Organise workloads and prioritise tasks within a busy, fast-paced department overseeing approximately 80–100 events per month . Lead and manage the Events team (3 team members) and the Advance Booking Office team (4 team members). Previous experience in corporate or luxury hotel events. Skilled at building strong relationships based on trust and professionalism.
