Your Role -

As a School Chef, you will:

• Prepare and cook fresh, nutritious meals for pupils and staff
• Ensure high standards of food hygiene, allergen management, and food safety
• Manage stock levels, food storage, and kitchen organisation
• Work effectively as part of a busy catering team
• Maintain excellent standards of food presentation and service
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the school kitchen
• Comply with all safeguarding, health and safety, and school catering requirements

What We're Looking For -

• Previous experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen environment
• Experience working in schools, care homes, contract catering, or volume catering is advantageous
• Head Chef expeirance
• An enhanced DBS check is advantageous; however, we can support suitable candidates with obtaining one where required
• Reliable, professional, and able to work independently
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
