Key Responsibilities Assist the head chef with the daily operation and management of the kitchen. Prepare and deliver agreed menus to an exceptional standard. Control stock levels and actively work to minimise wastage. Ensure that the agreed gross profit percentage (GP%) targets are met. Uphold rigorous standards of hygiene and safety across all kitchen activities. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and kitchen machinery. Oversee the ordering and storage of food supplies to ensure quality and compliance. Personal Qualities Required We are seeking a chef who possesses a genuine desire to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on contributing to the long-term success of the business.
