Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Location: Central London Salary: £49,000 per annum (potential flexibility for the right candidate) Working Hours: Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading facilities management provider, overseeing engineering operations within a high-profile, secure government site in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineering professional looking to step into, or further develop within, a supervisory role on a prestigious and technically demanding contract. The Role: • Supervising day-to-day maintenance operations across a critical commercial/government estate. • Leading and supporting a team of engineers to ensure planned and reactive works are completed to a high standard. • Managing subcontractors and ensuring all works are completed safely and compliantly. • Supporting technical delivery across M&E and building services systems. • Monitoring KPIs, compliance, permits and site documentation. • Acting as the key point of contact for client and operational matters on site.
