Our client is an elite global law firm seeking a Structured Finance Associate to join their highly regarded London team. The practice covers asset-backed securities, CLOs, covered bonds, whole business securitisations, and other bespoke financing structures, often with a cross-border element.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious lawyer to develop their career within a top-tier practice, known for their market-leading work across securitisation, structured credit, and complex debt capital markets.

Our client is open to considering candidates with 6 months of post-qualification experience. Ideally, you will already be admitted to practice in England & Wales, but international backgrounds will also be considered.
