What Youll Be Doing as a Maintenance Engineer Respond rapidly to breakdowns across a diverse range of equipment from hand tools and compressors to heating systems and robotic welding cells.

Diagnose faults, carry out effective repairs, and reduce downtime.

Maintain a strong focus on Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance.

Lead the charge on preventative maintenance and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Work closely with internal teams and external contractors to keep every system performing at its best.

What Youll Bring as a Maintenance Engineer Essential: City & Guilds or equivalent maintenance qualification.

Strong hands-on maintenance skills with a safety-first approach.

Ability to prioritise workload and work independently or within a team.

Full driving licence.

Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Desirable: Experience with TPM and continuous improvement initiatives.

Understanding of PUWER, LOLER, and H&S standards (IOSH).

Confidence using MS Office and maintenance record systems.
