Aspire People, a leading education recruitment specialist based in Staffordshire, is currently recruiting for a Behaviour Intervention Support Worker to join one of our valued secondary school partners in Stoke-on-Trent from September 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a resilient, caring, and proactive individual who is passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. The role is full-time, initially for one term, with the potential to continue beyond this for the right candidate.
The Role:
Full-time Behaviour Intervention Support
September 2026 start
Based in Stoke-on-Trent
Initially one term, with the possibility of a longer-term placement
Supporting students with behavioural, emotional, and social needs
Working closely with pastoral teams, teaching staff, and parents
Providing both one-to-one and small group interventions
Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement in learning
What We're Looking For:
Experience working with children or young people in an educational, youth work, coaching, care, or support setting
Strong behaviour management skills
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
