Performance Creative Strategist, Agency, London, c. £55-65K Love finding the insight behind the ad? We're working with a fast-growing digital growth agency to find a Performance Creative Strategist who can bridge the gap between data and creative. This is a unique opportunity to combine analytical thinking with creative execution, using performance insights to shape campaigns that drive measurable business growth for a portfolio of high-profile brands. You'll own creative strategy across multiple accounts, building testing roadmaps, developing performance-led concepts, writing compelling ad scripts and briefs, and collaborating closely with media buyers, creatives and clients to continually improve results. We're looking for someone who can turn campaign data into clear creative direction, thrives in a fast-paced testing environment, and understands what makes consumers stop scrolling and take action. What we're looking for: 5+ years' experience in Performance Creative or Creative Strategy Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok advertising Proven track record scaling DTC or eCommerce brands Excellent copywriting and creative thinking skills Ability to blend performance data with creative instincts Strong stakeholder and client management experience What's on offer?
