The Role As a Primary Teacher, your responsibilities may include: Planning and delivering engaging, high-quality lessons Teaching across the primary age range, depending on your experience Differentiating lessons to meet the needs of individual pupils Assessing and monitoring pupil progress Creating a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment Managing classroom behaviour effectively Working closely with Teaching Assistants and support staff Supporting pupils with SEND and additional learning needs Maintaining accurate records and contributing to school assessment processes Following school policies and safeguarding procedures What We're Looking For We are keen to hear from teachers who have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience teaching within a primary school setting A genuine passion for education and pupil development Strong classroom management skills Excellent communication and organisational skills The ability to adapt quickly to different school environments A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare A professional, reliable and enthusiastic approach Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply.
