💰 Salary: £40,000+ DOE - Flexible for the right person
⏰ Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (Friday 4:30pm finish)

Are you a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator who enjoys building things from scratch rather than doing the same job every day?

We're recruiting for an experienced Fabricator to join a well-established manufacturing business, working on bespoke tooling, jigs, fixtures and prototype components within their R&D department.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

Fabricating bespoke components from engineering drawings

Cutting, bending and forming sheet metal

Operating press brakes and guillotines

Manufacturing tooling, jigs and fixtures from scratch

MIG/TIG welding when required

Problem-solving and improving existing designs

✅ What We're Looking For

Strong hands-on sheet metal fabrication experience

Confident reading engineering drawings

Experience with press brakes, bending and forming

A practical, can-do attitude and ability to work independently

No previous R&D or tooling experience needed - just solid fabrication skills!
