About the role

Prediction Market Specialist

Location: Remote

If you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information.

The firm

One of the most exciting names in the space right now. Young, fast, and well-backed. Not a legacy shop protecting old edge — they're building new edge, and prediction markets are a priority, not a side project. They want to own this space before the rest of the street wakes up to it.

The opportunity

A ground-floor seat on a mandate that's still wide open. The edge is real, the field is thin, and whoever gets in now helps shape the whole effort.

Style-agnostic. Discretionary or systematic. Making or taking. What matters is that you can be consistently right when real money is on the line.

What you might be doing

  • Trading event contracts across Polymarket, Kalshi and similar
  • Building models for resolvable-outcome markets — elections, sports, macro, anything with a settled answer
  • Providing liquidity and managing inventory across venues
  • Finding edge in markets most of the street still doesn't respect

What sets you apart

  • A real track record of making money in prediction or event-driven markets
  • Sharp probabilistic reasoning and a feel for where the crowd is wrong
  • Systematic: strong coding and modelling. Discretionary: judgement and conviction under pressure

On offer

  • Top-of-market comp with upside that reflects what you generate
  • Capital, infrastructure and autonomy to run your own book
  • A firm that takes these markets seriously and moves fast
