You will be a key point of support, blending patience with strategy to ensure our learners are ready for the world beyond the college gates. Key Responsibilities: Support special-needs students on a 1:1, in-class, or out-of-class basis to progress toward their EHCP milestones, developmental goals, and vocational aspirations. Collaborate closely with teaching staff to differentiate and modify curriculum resources, including supporting students during active sessions and community-based trips. Complete administrative responsibilities by recording support interactions constructively, helping the college maintain statutory records for EHCP annual reviews Requirements: Experience supporting young people with additional needs (such as ASD, SEMH, sensory, or learning difficulties) in an educational, healthcare, or community setting.
