About the role
As an Employee Relations Advisor, you'll play an important role in helping us do just that.
\Working as part of our Employee Relations team, you'll provide practical, timely advice and guidance on a wide range of employee relations matters. Partnering closely with People Partners, People Managers, and colleagues across the business, you'll help ensure people processes are fair, consistent, and aligned with employment legislation and company policies.
\This is a varied role that combines case management, coaching, policy guidance, and administration. It's ideal for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering a great colleague experience.
\nSupport and coach People Managers through employee relations cases, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes.\nManage employee relations cases from start to finish, including preparing and reviewing documentation where required.\nAct as a first point of contact for general HR queries, including policies, benefits, and holiday-related questions.\nWork closely with People Partners and the wider People team to deliver a consistent and high-quality people service.\nMaintain accurate case records and HR systems, ensuring documentation and reporting are completed to a high standard.\nAnalyse employee relations data, identifying trends and sharing insights to support continuous improvement.\nKeep up to date with changes in UK employment legislation, recommending updates to policies and practices where appropriate.\nSupport more complex employee relations activity, including redundancy, TUPE, settlement agreements, and employment tribunal preparation where required.\nContribute to wider People initiatives and projects that enhance the colleague experience.\nExperience managing a varied employee relations caseload independently.\nStrong knowledge of UK employment law and employee relations best practice.\nSound understanding of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements.\As part of our Employee Relations team, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, working alongside experienced colleagues who are passionate about doing the right thing while continuously improving the way we support our people.
