The Role:

• Handling a broad range of commercial property transactions across acquisitions and disposals
• Advising landlords and tenants on lease negotiations and portfolio management matters
• Managing asset management work for a varied commercial property client base
• Drafting and negotiating leases, licences, easements and ancillary property documentation
• Providing commercially focused advice to investors, occupiers and corporate clients
• Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor on day-to-day property matters
• Supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the continued success of the team

The Candidate:

• Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE
• Strong technical experience covering landlord & tenant, acquisitions and disposals work
• Experience advising a broad commercial client base
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
• Commercially focused with a practical approach to problem solving
• Strong relationship-building skills and client-facing confidence
• Ambitious with a genuine interest in developing their career further
