Resourcing Advisor

Are you passionate about finding great talent and creating an outstanding employee experience? We're looking for a Resourcing Advisor to join our clients HR team in Lichfield. In this varied role, you'll take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple sites, from attracting top talent to delivering a seamless onboarding experience. You'll also play a key role in employee engagement, retention initiatives, employer branding, and supporting wellbeing programmes. What you'll be doing: * Managing end-to-end recruitment, including high-volume campaigns * Screening candidates and coordinating interviews * Developing our employer brand and recruitment marketing * Supporting onboarding and new starter integration * Driving employee engagement and retention initiatives * Building relationships with agencies, colleges and local partners * Reporting on recruitment KPIs and market trends * Ensuring recruitment processes remain compliant with UK legislation What we're looking for: * Recruitment experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (FMCG desirable) * Knowledge of UK recruitment legislation and HR systems * Excellent communication and relationship-building skills * A proactive, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities * A passion for delivering a first-class candidate and employee experience If you're ready to make a real impact by attracting, engaging and retaining great people, please apply today!
