Sales Executive – Paints and Coatings LOCATION: West Midlands (remote/field based) PACKAGE: Up to £45,000 basic + commission + company car THE COMPANY Our client is a leading coatings manufacturer specialising in decorative and protective industrial finishes for wood, metal, glass and plastics. With a strong reputation for quality and innovation, the business is continuing to grow and is looking a motivated sales professional to cover the Midlands area. THE ROLE This is a predominantly field-based sales role, focused on winning new business and developing customer relationships across an assigned territory. The position is approximately 70% new business development and 30% account management, making it ideal for a proactive, commercially driven individual who enjoys identifying opportunities, winning new customers and growing sales. The successful candidate will work from home when not visiting customers, with access to office support, technical advice and product samples as required.
