Quality/Technical Supervisor (Food)

They are now looking to recruit an experienced Technical Quality Manager to lead their quality function and drive continuous improvement across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a hands on environment, taking ownership of quality systems and ensuring products and processes consistently meet the highest standards. Lead and maintain the company's Quality Management System. Work closely with production, operations and commercial teams to support quality improvements. Monitor quality performance, analyse data and produce reports. Manage customer quality queries and technical documentation. Lead, develop and support the quality team. Previous experience in a Technical or Quality Management position within manufacturing or packaging. Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and audit processes. Experience managing customer and supplier quality issues. Excellent problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
