As National Service Manager, you’ll take ownership of service operations across the UK, ensuring equipment is available, workshops run efficiently, and teams are performing at their best. Developing service leaders and coaching managers across multiple sites Driving cost efficiency and supporting P&L reviews Supporting new depot setups and ensuring workshop excellence from day one Multi‑site leadership experience in service, workshop or engineering operations A track record of driving performance and productivity Strong understanding of plant, fleet or equipment maintenance Commercial awareness and confidence managing budgets A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel nationally
