PERMANENT

An award-winning law firm based in Central London is looking for a Paralegal to join their corporate team, supporting fee earners on a wide range of corporate matters. This is a permanent role offering hybrid working.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Supporting the corporate team on a wide range of corporate transactions and matters

• Assisting with due diligence, document drafting and bundling

• Company secretarial support, including Companies House filings

• Liaising with clients and other advisers as required

WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR

• Some corporate experience in a law firm is ideal

• Strong academics and excellent attention to detail

• A proactive, organised approach and willingness to learn

• Ability to work well within a fast-paced team environment
