Contract | Outside IR35 | £375-425 per day | 6 months initial | London hybrid
A contract Resource Manager role supporting a fast-moving global Tech company.
This is not an administrative scheduling role. You'll operate as a business partner to regional leadership, understanding upcoming demand, available skills and project pipelines to make sure the right people are deployed effectively.
With a relatively small internal resource pool and demand regularly exceeding supply, you'll need to be proactive, commercially aware and comfortable making decisions.
Key responsibilities:
Own resource planning across Benelux and Nordics
Match skills and availability against project demand
Work closely with sales and pre sales around pipeline and upcoming requirements
Build strong relationships with approximately internal consultants
Manage resource clashes, utilisation and capacity constraints
Engage external delivery partners when additional capability is required
Provide visibility around demand, supply and forecasting
You will need to have experience within resource management at ideally a technology / Saas Professional Services or consultancy.
£375-425 per day, Outside IR35, initial six month contract with potential extension.
London hybrid, typically 2 days onsite, with less presence on site required as you become embedded. xwzovoh ASAP start.
