The Role As part of a professional and well-organised brigade, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day kitchen operation:
Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef with kitchen operations
Take ownership of sections during service and lead by example
Deliver consistency and maintain exceptional quality standards
Help drive a positive kitchen culture and contribute to team development
