You will provide all – round engineering support, maintaining the building infrastructure. You will have a detailed understanding of all new of current Building Services systems and contingency procedures within the buildings and complying with the Health & Safety/Building Codes of practice. You will be required to look after a number of commercial site in M3/M4 Corridor and surrounding areas. Job Responsibilities * Emergency lighting * Issue relevant site Permits as part of the Safe System of Work * Completion of PPM and reactive tasks for their respective shift team * Identification of materials required to be ordered in a timely manner and completion of the internal Materials Request Form (MRF1) * Mechanical maintenance * Ahu’s * FCU’s * Mechanical plant * including critical plant status, plant isolations, issues arising, ongoing works, special task requests, standard of housekeeping * Timely implementation and recording of statutory inspections including accurate recording
