Graduate Logistics Coordinator

Global Accounts coordinator - this is not an Accounting role

Permanent | Full-time | Office-based

We're recruiting for an established international logistics business looking for a Global Accounts Coordinator to join their Manchester team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational and customer service skills who enjoys working in a busy environment and is keen to develop their career.

Previous industry experience is not essential, as training will be provided.

Working within a busy customer accounts team, you'll help manage relationships with major international customers and coordinate their requirements.

• Handling customer enquiries, bookings and quotations.
• Coordinating international shipments.
• Keeping customers updated on order and shipment progress.
• Liaising with internal teams to resolve queries and meet deadlines.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
• Building strong working relationships with customers and colleagues.

Essential:

• Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
