Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:30pm

We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a high-performing team in Clifton as a Portfolio Manager .
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong landlord relationships, delivering excellent service and taking ownership of a property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of landlord properties
  
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
  
• Managing maintenance, compliance and property visits
  
• Handling queries and complaints professionally
  
• Leading the student changeover process
  
• Supporting junior team members
  
• Keeping up to date with lettings legislation
  

• Previous Property Management experience is essential
  
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
  
• Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities
  
• Good knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance
  
• Proactive, professional and confident
  
• Student lettings experience is desirable but not essential
  

• £28,000 basic + OTE £32,000+
