Job Description Outbound Recruitment Resourcer \n Smart Hire is National Worlds in-house recruitment service. We provide a range of recruitment solutions to companies throughout the UK at a fixed fee cost. Smart Hire allows our customers to harness the power of National World, the UK’s fastest growing regional publisher for your recruitment needs. \n We are currently looking for a motivated, inquisitive and confident Outbound Recruitment Resourcer to join our existing team. The successful candidate will service and successfully deliver clients’ requirements for their recruitment campaigns, as well as growing those accounts. \n Core Responsibilities: \n \n Account management for Smart Hire & Agency services \n Creating job descriptions and online assessments for individual campaigns \n Candidate attraction through advertising and proactive sourcing \n Utilising databases to match candidates to specific roles \n Day to day liaising with clients who have purchased the service \n Shortlisting relevant candidates for a variety of roles \n Relationship building with clients to ensure repeat business \n Up-selling additional services \n Proactively seek new business opportunities through new and lapsed customers \n Support a culture where the focus is on delivering satisfying customer experience which builds long term profitable relationships through regular communications with both current and lapsed customers. \n Educate customers in new products and propositions that will enhance their vacancy performance and meet sales objectives \n Outbound activity \n Required to work to outbound key performance indicators & targets \n \n Critical Knowledge & Experience: \n \n Administration experience, utilising systems \n Ability to build and nurture relationships \n Strong communication skills \n Strong team player, engaging, confident and flexible in approach, with a passion for quality \n Self-motivated and self-managed \n Excellent customer service skills \n Strong attention to detail \n Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise \n \n The Benefits: \n \n £22.000 p.a., plus potential to earn additional bonus. \n Hybrid working - Three days based in our Sheffield office, two days working from home. \n Modern office facilities in the centre of Sheffield.
