Senior Finance Manager

TGRC is working on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager to join a fast-growing business operating within the renewable energy and infrastructure sector.This is a high-visibility role for someone who wants to move beyond traditional reporting and take a genuinely commercial and strategic position within a growing business.The opportunityWorking closely with the Finance Director and senior leadership team, you’ll play a key role across:Budgeting, forecasting and long-term financial planningCash flow, liquidity and treasury managementFinancial modelling and investment analysisProject finance and funding activitiesM&A, acquisitions and due diligenceCapital allocation and commercial decision-makingFinancial reporting and performance analysisFinance transformation, automation and process improvementWorking with senior stakeholders, investors, lenders and external advisersImportantly, this isn’t simply a reporting or financial control role.We’re looking for someone who can challenge senior stakeholders, influence commercial decisions and help drive value across the business, with the potential to progress towards a Finance Director position in the future.What we’re looking forIdeally, you’ll be:ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualifiedCurrently operating at Senior Finance Manager / Finance Manager levelFrom a renewable energy, infrastructure, project finance, private equity, investment or other capital-intensive environmentStrong in financial modelling, forecasting and cash flow analysisExperienced in M&A, transactions, financing or investment analysisCommercially minded, with the confidence to challenge and influence senior stakeholdersSomeone who wants a genuine step towards FD, rather than simply another accounting roleDiscipline(s): Renewable Energy, Energy FinanceJob type: Permanent
